Environment variables:
TABTREE_API_KEY (required) – Your TabTree connector key: create it in TabTree, Settings → Account → Claude connector (it starts with tt_live_). Claude reads and builds maps and kanban boards in your account — and in the team spaces you belong to — on every device.
TABTREE_DIR – Legacy, TabTree Classic only (the discontinued local file): a backup folder to read and write instead of an account. Leave empty.

Replace placeholders in <angle brackets> with your own values. Review what a server can access before you enable it.
