How to install Oh My Cassette

Environment variables:
CASSETTE_MCP_URL – Optional explicit target override; normally use the target saved by oh-my-cassette login.
CASSETTE_AUTH_TOKEN – Advanced compatibility override. Normally use oh-my-cassette login and the operating-system keyring.
CASSETTE_FFMPEG – Path to ffmpeg, used to prepare local video before upload (default: from PATH)
