How to install hoptell

npm

claude mcp add hoptell -- npx -y [email protected]

Environment variables:
HOPTELL_RELAY – Relay URL, e.g. wss://relay.example.com; not needed with a settings or relays file
HOPTELL_TOKEN – Your member token or the relay's shared token; not needed with HOPTELL_AUTH=login
HOPTELL_NAME – This agent's peer name (letters, digits, _ and -)
HOPTELL_ROLES – Comma-separated roles for @role messages
HOPTELL_AUTH – login: sign in with hoptell login instead of a token
HOPTELL_TITLE – A short title shown next to this session's name in list_peers

Replace placeholders in <angle brackets> with your own values. Review what a server can access before you enable it.
