Environment variables:
PAPEROFFICE_API_KEY (required) – PaperOffice AI User token (po_ut_…) or Group token (po_gt_…) from Account → API. System keys (po_sk_) and publishable keys (po_pk_) are rejected.
PAPEROFFICE_MCP_LANE – Tool catalog: dms (Documents Operations, default), cursor, claude, chatgpt, openai, grok, muse, mcp (slim read-safe subset) or mcp-full (300+ tools).

Replace placeholders in <angle brackets> with your own values. Review what a server can access before you enable it.
