Environment variables:
REPORTFLOW_CLIENT_ID – Override default OAuth client_id (optional, defaults to the official public client 'reportflow-mcp')
REPORTFLOW_AUTH_URL – Override default Re:port Flow auth URL (optional, defaults to https://re-port-flow.com/api/v1)
REPORTFLOW_API_BASE_URL – Override default Re:port Flow Content Service URL (optional, defaults to https://api.re-port-flow.com)
REPORTFLOW_TOKEN_STORE – Token store backend: 'keychain' (default) or 'file'
