How to install MCP AEMPS — CIMA

Environment variables:
PORT – TCP port for the HTTP server (used in transport URL template)
LOG_LEVEL – Logging level (DEBUG, INFO, WARNING, ERROR)
REDIS_URL – Optional Redis URL for distributed cache and rate limiting (in-memory used if absent)
