Environment variables:
GOVERNOR_PORT – Port where GVNR is running (npx enforcer-governor start). Defaults to 4000.
GVNR_AGENT – A name for this client's agent, shown as mcp:<name>. Defaults to a random id per session.

Replace placeholders in <angle brackets> with your own values. Review what a server can access before you enable it.
