Environment variables:
PLANNIE_API_KEY (required) – Plannie API key (fam_live_…) from Settings → Integrations in the Plannie app
PLANNIE_API_URL – API base URL including /v1. Only set this for staging or a self-hosted API.
PLANNIE_AGENT_NAME – Name shown in the family's activity feed when the client doesn't report one
